We’re opening a brand new café on East 84th Street this fall, and we’re on the hunt for part-time baristas to help us bring Mediterranean warmth & New York energy to our corner of the Upper East Side.

This isn’t just another coffee shop gig, it’s a chance to be part of the founding crew and help shape what L B Coffee becomes.

• $20/hr guaranteed ($17/hr base pay + guaranteed $3/hr tips)

What you’ll be doing

• Crafting espresso and coffee drinks with love & precision

• Bringing hospitality and smiles to our neighbors (regulars-to-be!)

• Keeping the bar flowing smoothly & the space looking sharp

• Being part of the creative energy that makes L B Coffee more than “just coffee”

Who we’re looking for

• You’ve got barista experience (specialty coffee a plus)

• You thrive in a fast paced, fun environment

• You love working with people as much as you love a perfect cappuccino foam

• Team player, positive vibes only

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
